Machine wash cold, tumble dry low. Turn inside out before washing to help preserve the print. Avoid direct ironing over the printed design.

Once your custom order is submitted, a member of the Savedra James team will reach out within 1 business day to confirm your order details. After we've received all necessary information and design files (PNG, JPG, or PDF, 300 DPI minimum), a digital proof will be provided within 1 business day.
You'll have 2 revision(s) included at no extra cost. Once you approve the proof, your item will be sent to print within 24 hours. Please respond to your proof within 2 business days. Orders without a response within 2 business days will be paused.
Once printed, your order will ship via USPS First Class Mail or will be available for pickup at the Savedra James store location in Concord, NC for local customers. Please note: because each item is custom-printed to order, orders are non-refundable once sent to print.
Estimated total turnaround: proof (1 business day) + printing (within 24 hrs of proof approval) + shipping/pickup ( 1 business day of completion) from the time all design files are received.
