You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Eligible items can be returned for store credit if they are unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. Email hello@savedrajames.com to start a return before sending anything back.
Custom orders: Custom and personalized orders are made just for you and cannot be refunded or returned.
Final sale: Sale items, custom or personalized items, personal care and beauty products, perishable goods, and gift cards cannot be returned. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us right away and we will make it right.
Order pickup: Orders must be picked up within 7 days. If an order is not picked up within 7 days, it will be canceled and the item will go back on the floor to sell.
